Need A Male Roommate PRONTO!

Hello I am offering a spacious 1 bedroom/1 bath apartment located a half mile from the Congress Heights metro. For your convenience there is a Giant, Subway, Pizza Bolis, Dry Cleaner's, Dental Office, 2 banks with ATM machines and a Public Library located less than a quarter mile from the front door of the building.
The rent is $625 each that includes the full rent split by 2 + cable/internet and the electric. All other utilities are covered in the rent already. There is a deposit of $500 I am requesting along with the first month's rent, which will be prorated, for a total of $1,125.00 to move in. my deposit to move in was $650.00.
I am seeking a male roommate, prefer white and a guy who is straight and open-minded, someone prior military or current, someone reasonable and has a sense of self/humor, or a college grad/intern who needs a place for 6 months.
I do have a well behaved domestic house-cat named Simon Van Der Woodsen-Bass. He likes to lounge, eat and just chill. This is not practical I know, but I am a former Navy guy, so I am use to sharing my living quarters with others. If this is ideal for you then please HMU.
BTW, my sleep sofa and dining room set are in storage and will be here shortly. I would be sleeping on the sleep sofa in the living room, there is a queen bed in the bedroom that can be used by you if you do not have one. I am seeking someone orderly, respectful, considerate of my belongings & privacy as I am to their's and someone who would not mind sharing my apartment with me and my cat. I am a gay black male, late 30's, work 2 jobs and generally get home late where I do work on the computer, eat and sleep. I respect other's time and like mine respected also.
