Hello, I have a room for rent in Maryville. I’m Martin and I am seeking someone laid back, responsible and honest . Nice quiet neighborhood. No drugs, party animals, or heavy drinkers. Cable and internet is included in rent. There are weights and a treadmill as well as wireless, washer/dryer and a decent back yard. You have your own room and private bath. The room is actually larger than it appears in the pic. I'm low key, sociable but not into your business. You are certainly welcome to come and go as you please as this will be your home as well as mine. There are 2 dogs and a cat that live here as well and they are also members of my family. They're totally cool and never meet a stranger. I try and keep it fairly neat although not a neat freak, far from messy. Rent is 400.00 p/mnth plus halt the utilities.
