Hello! We are renting a large bedroom in a spacious apartment in Burnsville. You will have a private bathroom, courtyard view, access to the fitness center, indoor and outdoor pool, and a quiet place to come home. You will have a big closet and a pantry/linen closet, along with cabinet space in the kitchen. The main living spaces are shared, and nicely furnished. All utilities, including Wi-Fi, are paid for with your rent, so there are no surprises. The apartment is on the busline, and easy walking distance to Heart of Burnsville.

We both work 60+ hours per week, and aren't home all that much. We are happy to be social or just give you your space. We are respectful and quiet, and have two shy, declawed female cats. If you think we might be a fit, drop us a line!
