I have a room for rent, in a nice home located on the boarder of Westland and Canton, available on Sept 1st.
It's a 1700 sqr ft home, with a two car garage, large driveway, 2.5 baths, 3 bedrooms and large yard.
It is fully furnished (with all new furniture that was purchased when I recently bought the home).
The home has bamboo cherry wood floors installed last month, and a new renovated kitchen that will have a bar installed this year.
In addition to the nice family room, dinning room and kitchen, there is a "man cave" downstairs with two 55" smart HD TV's right next to each other to watch the games, movies, or play PS4.
It has a 7 seater automatic leather sectional that has cup holders, reading lights, massages and heats up and reclines.

There are two people living in the home right now, myself, and my roommate.
We are both professionals.
He is a Ford engineer, and I'm a Sales Manager at an automotive supplier.
He is 24, I'm 28.
We are pretty clean, aren't too noisy, don't smoke cigs, don't have pets, don't have kids and would be easy to live with.
We don't party at the house, except for the occasional BBQ, Birthday, Christmas or Halloween parties.

We are looking for a male or female roommate, either a student or professional between the ages of 22-30.
Rent is $550 (EVERYTHING INCLUDED).
This includes laundry, cable and utilities.
Before I show/tour the home, I would like us (myself and my current roommate) to meet with you in public (at starbuck's or a place of your choice) to make sure we're comfortable enough before we show you the home.
