Easy access to 635 and George Bush. not far from UTD. Will have private room, with adjoining bathroom. Bathroom in master bedroom needs repairs so until this is fixed, bathroom will be shared but eventually private. Bedroom has king sized bed but no other furniture. Will have access to common living areas, and yard. Rent includes wifi and cable as well as use of kitchen and washer and dryer. However water, gas, and electricity not included in the rent price. Utilities will be split. I have 2 cats and a dog so need to be animal friendly. Background check will be done on prospective candidates. Gay friendly home. No smokers, no drug use, no partyers. This arrangement will be on Month to Month basis only.
