Seeking roommate ages 21-30

Description

My boyfriend and I currently live in a 2 bedroom apartment in Bella Vista at Palmetto and Powerline Rd. We have 2 friendly dogs. We are looking for a roommate to move into our extra room. Rent is $700/month plus small fee for utilities. Our property has 2 pools, 2 grills, a screened-in porch, fireplace, AC, maintenance crew, washer/dryer in apartment, shared shower, separate bathrooms, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, fenced in dog park, lake behind condo, gym, parking, etc. We both work full-time and enjoy going out once in awhile.

Requirements:
-Must be employed
-Must be ok with dogs (I have a husky and a collie).
-Must be ok with me pet sitting other dogs in our home from time to time.
-Must not smoke.
