Private Room and Private Bath

Description

I have a private room available in a two bedroom condo. It is 13' x 8'. There is currently a queen size mattress, dresser, and desk that can be used, or you can use your own furniture. You would have a large private bathroom as well. The condo is located in a safe, quiet neighborhood in walking distance to several shops and restaurants. Both short term and long term renters will be considered.
