Well, I did not want any eviction so I tried Airbnb first but it was hard to manage from Tennessee so then I decided to lease to someone until my lease was up well the last person that was in there she stayed until my lease was up and then she decided she wanted a two bedroom well Apartments could not do the upgrade for her and the timeframe she needed it so she decided to move my Lease was up on the first of this month and I haven’t paid it because I’m not the one staying there. I know how hard it is to find a place nowadays so I don’t mind helping someone that’s responsible and in need the rent will be a month and I’m asking for to move in the is this months rent in a deposit your if you’re a female, you’re more than welcome to go to the office and play as me to get the full scoop on the apartment just so you know that I am not trying to anyone. The keys are on the porch and I will allow those who are interested to go check out the apartment. I know that it’s a lot of scamming going on especially in Houston, but this is actually legit and I really wanna pay a forward to help someone.
